Booking Information

All prices are per room, per night based on two people sharing and include a full Welsh breakfast, (sorry, there is no reduction for single occupancy) Any further meals or drinks will be at an additional charge. Please note that we operate a minimum 2 night policy. We may occasionally be able to do a one night stay for late bookings or if we have a single night available between other bookings. Please contact us to enquire.

The Green Room is a comfortable double room with oak sleigh bed and shower en-suite: £70 per night.

The Garden Room offers a super-king bed which can be converted to twin single beds on request. The room has a private bathroom with free-standing roll-top bath and separate walk in shower: £90 per night.


A deposit equal to one night’s stay per room booked, is required to guarantee a reservation. Your deposit is generally non-refundable however if we are able to re-let the room that you have had to cancel/alter then your deposit will be returned. As a small business, we rely mostly on forward bookings and so cancellations can have a significant impact on us. We strongly advise that you have travel insurance to cover you if you need to cancelThe balance payment is due four weeks prior to arrival.  Payment is by bank transfer (BACS) or personal cheque.


We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets at the Farmhouse.


We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Arrival and departure

We look forward to welcoming you from 4pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged in advance. Please let us know if you anticipate arriving later than 6pm so that we can ensure we are here to greet you. We ask that you vacate your room by 10.30am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged with us.

Damages and Breakages

We hope that you will treat our accommodation as you would treat your own, however we are aware that minor accidents do sometimes happen. If,however, in the unfortunate event of significant damage or breakage, we reserve the right to invoice you for repair or making good.


We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions.

Data Protection

Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer but will not be passed onto any third party.
